1997 Harley-Davidson FLSTS “Heritage Springer”

The motorcycle is a nuanced reflection of the owner. Riding a motorcycle can signify independence, freedom, power, rebellion, simplicity, efficiency, mobility, or many other personal attributes in a functional vehicle.

The “Heritage Springer” also incorporates nostalgia into its form and function.  As a throwback to the post-World War II era that created a massive expansion of motorcycle culture around the globe, the Heritage Springer is a limited-edition model produced from 1997-2006 and styled to resemble late 1940s-era Harley-Davidson motorcycles.  Its name is derived from the spring shock absorbers located on the front wheel and the vintage styling of major components and emblems.

Imagine you were riding this motorcycle. Where would you go and what would you feel as the wind rushed by?
